Este un cutit robust, echilibrat in mana, cu centru de greutate bine pozitionat ce-l face versatil si usor de utilizat, reducand astfel riscul de accidentare.

Forjat manual din Otel Inoxidabil 3Cr13.
Forjat in mod traditional din otel cu performante excelente de prelucrare mecanica, dupa tratament termic (stingere si calire), are o excelenta rezistenta la coroziune, performanta de lustruire si durabilitate ridicata la uzura.
Duritate: 50-52 HRC.
Se situeaza la limita echilibrului dintre duritate si flexibilitate a metalului, fiind folosit si in fabricarea uneltelor medicale metalice.
Se poate ascuti foarte usor de cate ori este nevoie.
Manerul este din lemn de abanos, oferind un aspect frumos si natural spre deosebire de cele din plastic.
Lemnul este tratat cu ulei mineral natural si poate fi intretinut cu astfel de uleiuri speciale pentru lemn.
Recomandam sa face-ti asta din cand in cand pentru a pastra culoarea si proprietatile lemnului.
Gaura pentru Degetul Aratator
Vei simti mai bine cutitul in mana, nu-ti va aluneca din mana cand tai carne si vei putea aplica mai multa forta, in siguranta. Gaura are diametrul de 18 mm.
Recomandarile noastre de intretinere:
Nu se curata in masina de spalat vase
Nu se lasa in chiuveta cu celalalte vase
Nu se lasa la uscat in scurgatorul de vase
Se spala imediat dupa folosire, se sterge imediat dupa folosire cu o carpa sau prosop de hartie
Se ascute din cand in cand pentru a mentine taisul ascutit
Se foloseste ulei natural mineral de intretinere pentru metal si lemn din cand in cand
Daca totusi nu ati reusit sa aveti grija de el in mod ideal, in caz de rugina, folositi o solutie de indepartare a ruginei, apoi un ulei mineral de protectie pentru a-l restaura la conditia initiala
